Fantastic service from start to finish. We wanted a local firm with excellent reviews and that is what we got. Adrian was knowledgeable and very helpful and fulfilled very promise. Our downstairs cloakroom was fitted by Chris who was exceptional, tidy, professional, friendly and hard working. The quality of the furniture is of extreme high quality and the bathroom exceeded our expectations and looks lovely and would highly recommend Adrian, the team and this business

Absolutely Brilliant! My new Kitchen by Willenhall Bathrooms & Kitchens is amazing, the room has been completely transformed.Fantastic service from start to finish from owner Adrian and his team. Adrian discussed my requirements and came up with the best design for my Kitchen to maximise space and storage. There was an large selection of Kitchens, worktops and accessories to choose from, in a variety of styles and colours. The kitchen units, cabinets and worktops are of superb quality being both functional, stylish and easy to clean. All aspects of my new Kitchen were arranged by Adrian, including Plastering, Electrics and delivery of floor tiles in addition to the Kitchen itself, making the whole process easy and stress free. The team, especially my fitter Ade were brilliant and worked flat out to deliver my new amazing Kitchen. All of this for a great price that was fantastic value for money. Just had our en-suite completely replaced and honestly couldn't fault the whole process from start to finish. Adrian understood what we wanted, provided some excellent advice and recommendations and even accommodated some last minute changes of mind by us with no fuss.Steve the fitter was also superb. Quality of work was second to none, spoke to us throughout to ensure we were getting what we wanted and was the tidiest workman we have ever had in the house. Both Adrian and Steve were very friendly, professional and absolutely delivered as promised.We couldn't be happier and wished we'd done this ages ago.We will definitely be using Willenhall Bathrooms & Kitchens again for future work and can't recommend them highly enough.

I was given the impression that they are not interested unless the whole bathroom or whole kitchen is going to be gutted. Was told 'they are so busy they would not just replace kitchen work surfaces but they would gut and install a whole new kitchen'. I could not be given a price for any work later than in 2 months time as prices go up every week. The person in the shop did not know the current price of anything we were interested in. I was quite disappointed but I am happy the business thiving.

We had our bathroom and kitchen fitted and we are very happy with the result. Adrian listened very carefully during the viewing and the design matched exactly what we asked for. The company is extremely professional and the customer service was excellent. The quote was also competitively priced. Ade the fitter is very pleasant and friendly, and did a very nice job. Overall the experience was very pleasant, we are very happy with the result and would recommend willenhall bathrooms.

We can't thank you enough for the fantastic conversion of turning our ugly duckling of a bathroom into a beautiful Swan, thanks to Adrian for(his patience) designing and taking us through the selection of sanitary ware and tiles to meet our requirements and the delivering of the goods, also the excellent electricians, and last but not least to Chris who plumbed, tiled, plastered and laid the flooring a real credit to the company and exceptional eye for detail, once again thanks so much, as we have no hesitation of recommending you to anyone, you're a great team

We’ve just had a new kitchen fitted and the whole experience has been so smooth from start to finish, we can’t recommend them highly enough. Adrian kept us up to date throughout the order process, the plans were discussed and solutions proposed. We’re really impressed with the craftsmanship of Ade the kitchen fitter and Chris the plasterer. It’s hard these days to find reliable people who you can trust to complete a job. The attention to detail, the tidiness during and after the kitchen was fitted, the forward planning and communication throughout the whole fit were second to none. The overall finish is really impressive, we will not hesitate to recommend Willenhall Bathrooms and Kitchens and the team for the outstanding service provided. A massive thank you from us for making the whole process so easy!

Fantastic service and wonderful quality.Ade is a truly lovely man and takes so much care of his customers. Gets to know you and is honest and open to what he thinks will and won’t work in your space.He communicated with us regularly and his prices are really competitive. I would thoroughly recommend.The fitters he bought in , Steve and Gavin, were very tidy and really excellent professionals who listened to what we needed and went the extra mile to deliver a beautiful job.Chris the electrician was also really accommodating and good value for money too.

Completely rude lady on phone. Who asked if it was a complete bathroom we required. When I said no but very near she went on to say how long away the job would be done. Then gave a ridiculous price they start at without knowing what I want!! Not interested in job at all. Disgusting attitude!!

We had our ensuite completely gutted and re done from top to bottom. The whole experience was fantastic. The ensuite shower room looks amazing and works like a dream. Steve was excellent. Really informative, answered all our questions and was extremely tidy. Adrian was brilliant at keeping us in the know with when things were being delivered such as the skip, tiles etc. I feel like I've made some good friends. Great service in these uncertain times. Thanks guys. Looking forward to getting the kitchen done now with them! Would not hesitate to call on Willenhall Kitchens and Bathrooms to do any other renovations in the future.I just wanted to edit my review to say we also had our kitchen done as well by Willenhall Kitchens and Bathrooms. Got my dream kitchen now, very happy with the service, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future work. Steve, Ade, Phil and Adrian were all excellent.
