Brilliant massage therapist- one of the best deep tissue massages I've had - 5*****The reason I've given it a 2 star rating is due to the swimming pool area and relaxing area before and after massage very disappointing- run down and detracted significantly from the massage experience. Broken towel hooks, doors rotten with the water, ripped lounger pads, dirty dishes in a plastic basin in the sink in the relaxation area, quiet area not quiet with screaming children in the next-door pool area. In need of a re-fit and a re-think of layout. Not a 5 star experience and out of keeping with the rest of the hotel.
