Just wanted to say how well these guys looked after me and my daughter on her first car!Very knowledgeable nothing too much trouble and very professional. Mega happy with Tailored Autos! After looking at a number of cars around the UK and test driving a few, I found what I wanted at Tailored Autos. Apart from the car being spot on and great value, what I really appreciated was how open and friendly Vik was and how he went over and above to make sure I was happy. Really nice car just what hoped for after my flight to Bristol plus the £40 travel to see the car i bought well worth the journey and the guys couldn't have been any nicer and helpful would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car and i would certainly use them again so give them a call and see what theve got.TAM.

For context, I bought a vauxhall corsa from Vik in January as my first car to learn to drive in.Vik and his team have not hesitated to help me when unforeseen issues with my car appeared. He demonstrates that this company do not forget about you once you have bought the vehicle and will still do anything to help you.Tailored Autos have been amazing. Before I bought the car, they had replaced the timing chain as they were unhappy with how it looked. They also gave me a fresh MOT as the car only had about 2 months left on its existing one. After collecting the car, I notice issues with the clutch which made me anxious to drive. Vik and Carl swiftly arranged for work to be done on the car without expenses on my end. About a month later the issue came back up as well as the boot handle not working. When I explained to Vik that I was unable to get the car to him due to needing to be accompanied as a learner driver, he arranged for the car to be collected and dropped back to me. He also offered me a car to use during the period work was being done. About 2 weeks before my test the engine light came up and when I messaged Vik, he did not hesitate to get the looked at and collected it for me again.Vik and his team have been incredible as solving these issues neither him or myself foresaw as when I bought the car it was in perfect condition. Despite the latest issue being 3 months after I purchased the car, he still didn't hesitate to help and has been understanding of my restrictions to drive.

Very good person to do business with. He was professional, friendly and understanding.Cant say im pleased spending more or less £1000 on basic checks and repairs as many basic and non-essential features didnt work, the car unlock wasnt working right when i serviced the car, changing timing belt and so on.Still not their fault but the after sales experience was bit taxing on my wallet. Still they are good so dont want people getting the wrong idea - just the fact that I could have gotten a better car for its total cost wasnt ideal.

Picked my Audi up from Vik yesterday.Paid for the car before collection (my choice) and I was not disappointed upon collection, it was exactly as described, lovely car.Friendly, down to earth and honest company.Great communication.What more can you ask for really?Was a really refreshing experience.Thank you!!!

Everything from flexible test driving and collection times to all his help and patience with my numerous financing questions - Vik came through for me. Highly recommended!

Whole process was smooth. Communication was excellent. We travelled from S.Wales and Vic was very accommodating around our time scale. He was honest and thorough. Definitely not a pushy salesperson!
