Absolutely gorgeous food here. I like their chicken curry which is really lovely - contains mushroom, peas & onions Mmmm ! . Chips are lovely as well - cooked perfectly and always generous portions. Fair prices as well and staff are always very friendly and polite. Will keep going back.

After reading good reviews we. Were disappointed with our food. Beef was tough and all meals were bland. Didn't seem to have garlic in any dishes. Chow mein was dry and rubbery, mushrooms chewy. Prawn crackers were really nice.

Food looks nicer than it tastes. The rice and meat are dry. The food taste the same, very dry and bland.I ordered from here because of the good reviews but not even the bbq sauce helped with the taste.

We are from North Staffs, holiday’ing here in Feb 2023 half term. We found the Hong Shan on Google. We were really impressed to the point where we ate with them twice during our week’s stay. Food is really nice and well prepared, and service is prompt and friendly. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be back so will use them again next time.
