Arrived at the address and called the number provided. I was told that she is booked up until March and that she tried to call me earlier. I then realised two miss calls from an unknown number was her. I politely and not at all argumentatively said next time it is better to text someone as I am at work and would not have known she was trying to call me and answered as I don’t have her number saved. She just kept going round in circles saying she is busy at work and can’t text, that I should have got the email and her missed calls. I explained I am at work so can’t check my emails. She was not particularly apologetic that I was outside her address in the cold. It was quite stressful and wasted my journey. Her attitude was too argumentative blaming the issue on other things which it may have been the case but still need to be understanding to someone rather than keep answering back to them. I found her customer service unprofessional when I would have expected more empathy and understanding at the mix up.
