I can’t recommend this place enough. Sue has looked after two of our dogs now and every timetrying to get them to leave is a struggle. They love it and can’t wait to get back the next day. Sue and co are so accommodating. Are little lady comes back exhausted and happy. If your looking for a safe and reliable place to leave your beloved pet while your busy then I recommend them.

To think we relied on this service to LOOK after our pet. We used this service a couple of months ago. However, our dog was left unattended with another dog - he had his ear ripped (part of his ear was missing) and was bleeding badly. Sue (the manager) left him in a crate ALONE in pain, with an open wound and without any stitches / pain killers for 3 hours. When I picked him up 'she explained that she didn't realize it was that bad - she admitted to leaving him alone for 3 hours - he had no water and was very stressed when I picked him up. She showed no remorse or care - she just said it 'was a little nick'. When I arrived at the vets - they were shocked! it is basically animal abuse. They couldn't save his ear, so now part of it is missing. Sue does not care about her dogs - it is purely a business and that is it. Do not leave your pets with her, something more serious could happen...

Called up for a last minute appointment and the lady managed to accommodate us with a slot the following day. We have a shih-tzu who was very fluffy and in need of a trim; showed her pictures of how he was before and how we would like him cut. She informed us during the appointment, by phone, that she was going to take him a little shorter than we had asked for as he was a bit knotty in places. However, we went to collect him and he looks horrendous! Our dogs hair has been cut way too short to the point where we can see his skin and he no longer resembles his breed. He has been shaved all over and looks uneven in the face. Will not be taking him there again and would not recommend. Thankful his hair grows quickly!!

I absolutely love this company. Sue and her daughter are so friendly and put me at ease because I don’t just trust anyone to look after my French bulldog Ivy she’s with me 24/7 so I only trust wagganbone. They really are a life saver. During hot days like today they understand how dangerous it is for little bulldogs and frenchies like Ivy because Kelly has a bulldog herself it really helps me to be at ease. I’m so happy to know someone who knows how to look after Ivy this well. 5 stars all round! If I could give more I would- I really truly recommend this place! Ivy loves it and looks forward to returning back the next day!

Have found very unresponsive to phone calls and communication. Completed online enquiry form and never heard back. When I did get through didn’t find helpful at all. And almost felt stupid with the response I have no availability for months. Disappointed.

Using the doggy play area. Very safe and pleasant surroundings for my dog to play with others. Also had him groomed here some months ago. Excellent experience would highly recommend.

My lovely pooch went to Charlotte for a groom and she was so good with him, he can sometimes be wary of new people but was completely at ease. His cut was discussed and I left him there and collected him a bit later and he looked great! A lot of the groomers local to me tend to only do smallish dogs so to find somewhere who groomed larger dogs (GSH X) without silly prices was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and without a doubt be returning.

My dog has been going to doggy day care here since she was a pup and loves it. The pick up's and drop offs are very well comunicated and I know she is being very well looked after while I am at work. She has also boarded over night with no problems at all.I really would recommend Wagg 'n' bone.
