Exactly same as all bad reviews...just spoke to natasha from customer service. My 3rd call after cancelling 3 months ago. Sending me emails saying that unless I get in touch my account is still active!! I've emailed..called and still they are doing their best to get money out of me. So please do not answer this review saying call customer service!!! I have many times...Do not think for 1 minute you are getting any payments off me after me officially cancelling. Absolutely disgusting with what's happening today with vital house bils on the rise. Food...energy though the roof and these greedy people are trying it on with emails saying your service is still active if we dont hear from you." My number is 350616...now whoever reads this do NOT reply with "contact customer service " simply press the "cancelling button in front of you!!!"
