If I could leave a review with no stars then that’s what I’d do, we’ve eaten at this establishment twice now and had major problems twice. They’ve totally screwed up our orders each times, giving us the wrong pizzas, leaving items out of the bag so we’d get home and be missing food, we’d drive back down and collect the food again to find we were still missing items. They nearly poisoned my partner by including allergens on the pizzas that they were warned not to include and when questioned about it, started to refuse about making a new pizza without the allergens as they’d already started to cook the first ones. The staff are rude, unhelpful and I will never use this establishment again, I’d recommend that you don’t either.

Placed an order tonight after 39 minutes of placing the order I phoned asking how long the order would be they said 25 minutes, that was 50 minutes ago it’s past closing time and they are not answering the phone, never had issues Before, normally perfect but tonight entirely disappointed considering it’s half 11 on a Sunday and everywhere is shut

Food was good but was barely anything in the kabab for 12 pound also 2pound delivery when also the burger I ordered was quite disappointing for 8quid .we live 500 metres away the only reason we didn't walk was it was boiling decent food wasn't that much if you're hungry

Recently moved to GCG from Swansea. We have tried a lot of takeaways, tried this takeaway twice now, and we've got no words to describe, about the perfection of the food. Everything was fresh, the wrap was PACKED with meat. Staff also very friendly. Had it delivered once too, they were reasonbly quick. 100% the favourite takeaway now, recommended to everyone.

Ordered a delivery on THEIR OWN WEBSITE 50 minutes before last order on Saturday night , payed by card online money taken from account food didn’t turn up, although I had received a email confirming the order had been received and accepted, kept phoning Napoli the next day several times over a few hours and they wouldn’t give me any information cause the “boss was out on delivery” find it hard to believe that the boss was out on delivery for several hours, then 23 hours after the order was accepted I was sent a text from Foodhub saying my order was cancelled , I never ordered off food hub, Napoli refused to take responsibility and held Foodhub responsible for their mishap, lost a customer

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered food tonight, wrong items arrived.Contacted food hub and told replacement would be sent out in 30 minutes and over an hour later nothing has been delivered. Asked for a refund, but denied.

I Lived above them; they've had rats for years and haven't bothered to do anything about it. On the last occasion I actually ordered from them I found a crane fly in the kebab.0/10 - would not recommend.

It's our last day of our holiday and ordered some food through Just Eat, however the food never turned up. After 1 and a half hours I called them and was told it's on its way, 5 mins later I receive a text from Just Eat to say the order has been cancelled. I immediately called them back and they told me that it's too far to delivery even though it came up on the Just Eat app. What I don't appreciate is being lied too when I called to enquire and then having the phone put down on me! Absolutely disgusting service from them, I will be leaving reviews on any site/service I can find including speaking with Just Eat tomorrow to see if they can be removed. Thanks a lot Napoli for ruining our last night and leaving us stranded with no evening food!
