Absolutely shocking service ,Used these guys once before for a 10 kva generator no issues ,So decided to use again for a bigger event and ordered a 40 kva generator trailer ,Spent two weeks setting up a account , the day before our event we where called saying the account was set up , we asked would the generator be there first thing was told yes . All cables with it was told yes ,I said thank you for all your help absolutely made up we finally got there ,Turned up next day to be told there was no account set up and no generator there , had us waiting there for three hours while they called other branches , still nothing in the mean time I did get a welcome email ,Absolutely useless , I’ve called head office twice to tell them that they ruined our event , cost us thousands and had nothing back , I’d steer clear completely

Applauding customer service, Damien the manager will promise whatever makes his life easy, then fails to deliver!Have contacted VP (Brandon's holding company) who we have a very good relationship with to investigate the branch and employee.

We needed to hire a wacker plate for a day.So when we booked it we were told it was very heavy so agreed for it to be delivered on WednesdayThe delivery was good, and we managed to get the job done quicker than expectedWe phoned Brandon Hire on the same day, Wednesday, to come and pick up the wacker plate and was told that it would not be collected until Thursday.As it was still here at 3-30 we phoned again today to be told that the equipment is our" responsibility and they have up to 72 hours to come and collect it !!!!!So we now have a wacker plate

Staff, fantastically helpful , unfortunately i couldn't get a price for hire as i don't have an account & new company policy requires this so possible custom lost.

Absolutely shocking customer service.... Ordered a commercial tile lifter to uplift some tiles, it came with no powerlead at no point were we told we would need one thought it would come ready to use so a day wasted whilst we waited for that to be sorted. We started using and it is not fit for purpose so we were told it needed a new blade, 3 days on and still no blade so we have had hired labour which we still need to pay for sat around doing nothing. At no point has anyone phoned us to let me know what is going on and we have to keep chasing them. Have now cancelled the order and will never use this branch again. I would suggest giving this branch a wide birth and contact HSS Hire who were very helpful and helped us out of the hole we were in

Not very good customer service. We wanted to hire a jet washer we rang 48hrs before and was told none available, we were told that they would ring us on morning of hire never heard from them. So we phoned them to be told that they would phone us back in ten minutes, never heard anything back. A complete waist of time and bad customer service.

Abundance of equipment available for hire at reasonable prices compared to others in the Swindon area. Helpful Friendly staff.

First time hiring equipment and I had a few questions I needed answering around any additional items I might need to hire for a 240v Cement mixer. Ended up speaking with Rick, who talked me through the options I had versus stock available so I could get something that worked for me, wasn't rushed off the phone but took time to understand my requirements, A+ customer service!

Great service and great people working at the swindon branch . Solved all my issues and easy to hire products here .Will highly recommend using them .Will be recommending them .
