I don't like giving negative reviews (and TBH the staff on the phone were fine). My issue is with the salesman who came round, claimed we could try the service for a week and could cancel at any time by leaving a note on the door for the milkman to see. Both these things turned out to be false. On phoning the dairy it turned out that there was no free trial and we owed over £7. We were fine to settle it, but it would have been great to not have been misled by the salesman.If a salesperson comes to your house - avoid. They are probably fine if you go direct via the website.

I switched from McQueens to Motons over a year ago. To begin with I was very pleased at the service and cost. However this all changed about 6 months ago. The payment and invoice system that was very quick, convenient and easy changed. Along with this the service was beginning to suffer. Milk started to arrive later in the morning, which meant we sometimes had to nip to the shop and buy. That meant we then had too much milk when they eventually delivered. We had one occasion when we didn't receive any milk, however there was no explanation or apology. This poor service unfortunately became the normal, so its back to the shops or an alternative delivery service.

Just started our order and am very pleased to be receiving our delivery of fresh milk each week very happy with the service. Also I couldnt believe how empty our recycling bin was this week as we have also bought a water filter so no empty water bottles or plastic milk bottles.

Been buying 'Oato' oat milk from them, and a few other essentials. The oat milk is creamy and delicious. The system of reusable glass bottles is excellent to reduce waste. Super early delivery in the morning. Great customer service too.

I worked here for a few weeks as a roundsman until the owner piled another round on top of my round and no extra pay or fuel money was mentioned so I was forced out as I didn't comply steer cleer is my opinion on Morton's.

Excellent service always, been using them years and worth every penny, but priceless during lockdown. Website can be a bit funny but easy once setup, and can update orders online or with a note in the bottle.
