Nether Hall Post Office

Asian lady at PO counter super rude very grumpy attitude every time I go there I wish someone else would serve me. Her attitude literally ruins your mood, no joke. Don't know why the post office customer service doesn't do anything about it after so many people complaint about her.

The Asian (South Indian) Lady at post office counter at the back has such an unpleasant demeanor, she leaves me with a sick taste in my mouth EVERY time I have been there (3 times). I will never go again. She even stood around gossiping to another male customer (Probably a relative) whilst everyone stood behind in the line frustrated. It is very obvious she has had NO customer service training, she is inefficient, rude, shouty, throws parcels, and has a bad attitude for no reason?!! I would not go to this post office even if my life depends on it! She has no name tag but she works there during the afternoons. (Plain looking, about 5,4, medium skin tone, black top, scrowl on her face always) AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Good post office, the cash counter is normally open whenever the shop is open, mega usefulIm in agreement with many of the comments about the back-counter, I'll show them this thread next time I am there, aiming to get her to cheer up. Can't be the nicest job...

Showed up at 16:15 to use the Post Office, online it states it closes at 17:00, and on the post office website it says 18:30. We went to the desk and noticed both positions were closed, so we went to the main till..The man behind the counter says the post office is closed, we asked why online it states it's open, and he replies rudely, 'No, it's closed'. I won't be using their service again

This opening hours for sending off parcels are false. It says they’re open until 6:30 so when I have taken my parcels before this time they have told me they can’t take my parcels after 6. So today I took my parcels at 5:10 and one elderly man sent me to another till as his counter was closed at 5. When I went to the second till, this man muttered saying that they’re closed. I had told him that I have come before and was told they stop taking parcels at 6. Not only this but I was also sent to this counter by the old man. He then said “the man that does the parcels is ill and I’m not trained to do parcels”. He rudely walked off and then I was approached by who I assume is the manager. He then told me that this counter is locked and closed for the day and i have to go somewhere else or come back tomorrow. Absolutely terrible customer service. I don’t recommend using them for postal services.

I actually hate coming to this post office due to the grumpy Asian lady who is constantly in a bad mood. She is extremely rude doesn’t even greet you, she takes ages to serve you and when she does finally serve you she says absolutely nothing and stands there with the most vile blank face. Rubbish customer service, I expect more from post office. Please get new staff!!

I was over charged recently and when I pointed out the postage cost, Hakim said I do not set the prices, and made a very sarcastic comment towards me.He needs to be trained in basic customer care. As this guy has lost the plot.I would never reccomend this post office to anyone.I will be taking this up with royalmail and making an official complaint. If he can not handle the job, he should quit..He is a very rude, aggressive person.BEWARE OF HAKIM.

OPENING HOURS 9-5pm. OCCASIONALLY 9-6:30.As I understand it, if the staff don’t take a lunch break or take a shorter break, they can leave early. So it’s definitely open 9-5, but it’s a 50/50 shot if they’ll still be open 9-6:30pm

The Asian lady behind the counter is absolutely disgusting. She has an awful attitude and sometimes she might even shout at you if you don't press the green button after she's finished counting your money. I've reported her a year ago and nothing has been done, she's even worse now so if I was you I'd try to avoid her at all costs because her attitude will put you in a bad mood
