Really wonderful staff, always patient and kind especially when I always have my children with me. They are reassuring especially with current covid situations. There is always a great variety of products they sell and pre-covid fantastic game tournaments with some of the staff holding training nights to teach you how to play. Absolutely amazing

The staff here are amazing and friendly. My daughter also loves coming here to shop, browse and for the Pokemon Trainer days where she has made loads of new friends.
