Royal Mail CSP

I would have to agree with the majority of recent negative reviews. The new hours are very unhelpful. And, as mentioned by someone, the parking lot is full during the only hours it is open, by/with staff cars (as there is no one in the customer service section when you enter, and I saw an employee - they had their Royal Mail jacket on - have a smoke outside their car before they headed around back). That's fine if it's on the days the office isn't open now, but not so great for those few hours a week it is open. Really bad service mentality. The next time I see this I'm going to take a photo of the person beside their car and post it on Google.

Absolute stupid timings who in charge made that decision please. Been out of town for a couple weeks and drive down to pick up my item only to find out the google map timings are wrong

I have had the worse experience trying to receive a signed laptop delivery from work. You keep delivering at 9:30am when I take my wife to work (long distance). Now it is stuck at the Rugby depot, i tried to come in multiple times and keep missing it because of really weird opening times (they close at 12pm which is before I get back to Rugby). On Thursdays theyre closed all day. Weekends I am unavailable. Cant reschedule from the app (unavailable option).I called your helpline once and after a one hour wait they said the Rugby office reopens at 4pm for collection, went back it was closed again.Today I tried calling again to arrange redelivery, started calling customer service from 6pm was on hold for 2 hours until closing time (8pm)! Couldnt get through to anyone! Hope EE isnt charging me for this!

Absolute joke! Small gate not suitable for a van. Part time opening hours which makes it impossible to pick up an item for a full time worker.

New opening times are a joke! Open for four hours, four days a week.It literally says, We're here when you need us." No. You're there when it's convenient for you

It seems that there is a thief within this organisation, why do my parcels keep disappearing in the royal mail post? This has happened on numerous occasions when I've ordered items online and royal mail either loses them or they are being stolen by employees.

1 star is even too much. The new working hours are stupid they close at 12pm, besides this everyone seems to be useless nobody knows how to do anything. If you got any parcel you better off walking it to the destination it will arrive much quicker

Update your opening times online as well please! I came all the way here as Google showed that it was open just to find a sign on the door with ''new'' opening times (since June - so plenty of time for your online times to be updated too)

The post parcel delivery gentleman that twice now has delivered heavy boxes from Zoro, last week and today has been wonderful, l wish l knew his name. I thank you so very very much for carrying these boxer to where l wanted them as l am 80 and not so strong anymore. He went beyond excellent service many thanks. Linda.

Absolutely useless opening times for collecting parcels if you have a job with regular working hours, the google opening hours are different to the ones on the Royal Mail website and the hours sign posted on the building are different again. Possibly the worst delivery company on par with the likes of Evri and Yodel in terms of piss poor service.
