Complete waste of time, having them out really were no help at all. What we were told we already knew. Did expect better advice on solutions etc to our black mould and dampness issues

We needed expert advice on the condition of any existing damp proofing for a listed building before sale. Adam came in and was thorough, explained everything he was looking for and why certain elements of the inspection showed certain readings, etc..The result was a detailed, independent analysis of the property which pointed us in the direction of the ideal solution. In short, the perfect service for what could have been a stressful side of the property sale. I can't recommend the service highly enough.

Dealing with Essex & Anglia is a pleasure. Another company we had in to quote were a nightmare, and completely wrong. All the staff are friendly, courteous and professional - I was shown the problem at every stage of the treatment and shown how the problem was being dealt with - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Outstanding Service - the team were very understanding of my requirements and provided detailed quotes sensitive to multiple outstanding options and uncertainty around the job.Chose the appropriate package of service and the team went above and beyond, flexing to fit in with my schedule and to work around other jobs.The surveyor, Adam was massively helpful, responding to queries through phone and text very quickly and explaining points that needed clarifying. Price was very reasonable compared to other quotes, and workers on site were knowledgeable, polite and understanding. 10/10

Jon and Isaac were extremely friendly and professional. They arrived on time everyday and were very polite and personable throughout the work that was being done. Jon took a lot of time to explain the work he was doing which put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

Avoid. This is the very worst company I have had the misfortune to encounter in my memory. 10 mins prior to start of internal works I was informed the worker would not arrive. 1 week or more later a destructive and highly unreliable worker arrived but only on occasions. When he was seen it was for a few hours and much of those hours he spent on his mobile. This company had me in tears upset and extremely distressed. The work was messy my property daily left untidy work incomplete andall was left in a disgraceful shameful condition. I have photographic evidence which I will supply. The company have awarded me £100's in compensation for the torment and distress they inflicted upon me.The Company agreed to redo the work and complete the unfinished work. All was successfully completed however the company refuse to damp meter test my internal walls which still appear damp months after completion. Instead they have issued a Money Claim through the Court for the balance when their work seems unresolved.

I would like to tell you about one of your workmen who has worked on my home for three days last week.His name is Stewart Winchester. He worked on a wall in my sitting room and a wall in my hall cupboard. He was a lovely man, very pleasant and cheerful. He did a good job and cleared up after himself every day. One day he came in and I was getting my rubbish ready to take out and he took it down to the bins for me!!I just wanted you to know what a charming man he was and how well he did the job and clearing up.

Essex & Anglia provided a timely response to my initial enquiry and provided a thorough plan for the works to be carried out.The job itself was completed on time, and to a very high standard; I was very impressed with the outcome. The team are also very friendly and super helpful. I would highly recommend!
