Rate these guys 5 Star++.!Small family company, but that means great personal service and communication.I had my 2006 Renault Master remapped earlier this year. It's a van - so never going to be a dragster! However, the remap made the beast more pleasant to drive, more responsive and with more torque.Nice work guys, and thanks for the cups of tea while I was waiting!

The guys down at Zensport UK did an amazing job remapping my Volkswagen Amarok. Especially as I had just bought my truck and it turned out to have a rubbish unsafe remap already on it. The team remapped my vehicle to suit. They are very informative and helpful. I had so many questions when I came to pick my truck up and they was all answered in detail not just took my money and get out the door. I would highly recommend. This company actually care about their customers and their vehicles.

I recently used Zensport to cure an issue on a Ford Fiesta ST-2. The issue was resolved very quickly and priced fairly. All the staff were very polite and their communication skills have been excellent. I even received a phone call from the boss himself 1 week later to make sure everything was still OK. Zensport and a highly professional outfit and can certainly be trusted.

This week I travelled more than 180 miles (and stopped overnight!) to allow ZenSport to perform a remap / DPF / EGR solution on my Mercedes B200 CDI Sport. From the moment I spoke with this company it was clear they knew their stuff. They were professional yet extremely approachable, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating (thanks Sarie for going out of your way to drop us at the hotel).The car was ready much sooner than I expected and the feedback given post-remap by Iggy (sorry, I'm awful with names!) was invaluable - he really does have a wealth of knowledge.From the moment I pulled out of ZenSport I could immediately notice the difference in the car...The previously-noisy diesel engine was quieter (yet still grunty when stepping on the go pedal), quicker going up through the gears, and even the gear changes felt a lot smoother.I can certainly notice the power increase and the torque is unreal - I'm not sure why these cars don't leave the factory like this.Driving home was fun to say the least. Whilst at first it seems as if fuel economy had deteriorated considerably (33mpg vs my usual 40-50ish mpg) it soon became clear that I simply had to tweak my driving style (basically using the higher gears more often than I did previously). This is a lot easier to do now as the higher gears are no longer boring and less down-shifts are needed.So far I can't comment too much on any fuel economy improvements because it's too soon, but driving sensibly it seems about the same as it did prior to the remap. In all honesty I didn't really want this work carried out for this reason though, so whether I lose or gain a few MPG I don't really care.3rd and 4th gear used to be my fun-gears because of the pull they offered, but not any more...5th (but mostly 6th) gear is now where it's at!Motorway driving is going to take some getting used to because whilst cruising along at a 'normal' speed feels great, a slight touch of the go pedal and it really does shift. Overtaking is so much easier, yet because of the power that's on-tap when needed I seem to keep thinking I'm in 4th gear when in fact I'm in 6th.The car has been totally transformed and I'm over the moon with it, couldn't be happier with the service/ value for money offered by this amazing company, and I will without doubt use them again in the future - despite being a bit of a trek from Peterborough.I would also highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a remap and/or DPF services (in fact I already referred the taxi driver to them on the way to pick the car up!).Thanks again to Sarie, Iggy and the team at ZenSport :-)

Very happy with the work carried out. The engine warning light had been on for a while ( although car seemed to be running fine) a diagnostics check revealed the problem. Something to do with the DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) Zensport took the car in yesterday, cleaned the filter, removing the bad stuff, and I picked the car up today. Apparently, the cause of the problem was too many short journeys as this sort of issue should only occur once a car has covered 100k miles. Ours has done 37k. Proof of the workmanship will be evident over time, but staff (particularly Sasha) were very friendly and efficient, and Rufus the dog was very entertaining. Would certainly recommend Zensport.So, sad to report that 2 days after the work to clean the DPF, the engine warning light came back on. I took the car back to Zensport. They tried to do an ECU reset but couldn't but removed the warning light using a computer. However, the warning light came back on again. The car was then, through Zensport, taken to another repairer who had a Wurth device for resetting the ECU. This put the light out for a few days before it returned.Since the work previously undertaken had obviously not achieved the objective, I asked for a partial refund if the £468 that I had spent. After a while, I received a WhatsApp call from Zensports proprietor who refused a repayment. He also said that his garage had fulfilled it's obligations which I disputed. He also referred to a disclaimer that I had signed. I asked for a copy of this disclaimer, but this has, so far, not been forthcoming.I have now taken the car to Ford, whose diagnostics revealed that the DPF has an internal crack and will need replacing. It has gone in for this horrendously expensive work to be done today. Needless to say, I am now very disappointed with the outcome, and although the staff at Zensport were, as previously stated, very friendly, this does not compensate for the financial pain. It would appear that Zensport may not have the equipment necessary to carry out the full diagnostics as otherwise the money spent with them could and should have been avoided. Readers can draw their own conclusions, I know I have mine.

I was really impressed and pleased with the level of service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Had an issue with a warning light on my car and the map done by a another company was not helping. Left my car with the Zen team and when they had finished with it, it was like a different car, more responsive and sounded amazing. Great company and great value for money, will definitely be using them again

Highly recommend using Zensport they remapped my ford ranger last year, no problems at all and it has made it so much smoother to drive. The additional power and fuel efficiency is also nice. More recently had my transit connect diagnosed and repaired, I was able to get it booked in within a week and was very reasonably priced.

Zensport are fantastic! all round as usual! customer service next to none and they transform cars in such a pleasant tailored way that its too hard to describe, you have to feel the change!. This was my 4th car dropped off at Zensport i have been coming for years and i will continue for years to come, They have put my most recent Audi S3 in another league of motoring, just from the short journey back from their workshop with a slightly longer route home than usual, the difference is fantastic to say at the least the car is more responsive ready to go and the void i felt it was missing has now been filled. its the car it should have been but better ! i cannot recommend these guys enough, i had to pry myself out of the car on returning home. thanks again!

I had my X5 remapped approx. 3 months ago & the difference in driving it is amazing, so much smoother delivery of extra power with more added bonus of better mpg especially on long runs.Would definitely recommend this company extremely professional & friendly.
