Blue Whale Spa Sevenoaks

I bought my hot tub a few years ago, they were very helpful when deciding what one to get.... The after care has been amazing , they are knowledgeable and NOT money orientated ! would highly recommend

Visited Blue Whale Spa's new Sevenoaks warehouse during the Jubilee bank holiday. We knew what we wanted, a tub with 2 loungers, but wasn't really sure on the rest of the spec. Nick took the time to explain the different options and different styles of tub and allowed us the time to peruse without interference. We eventually settled on the Venice Quattro Max. What a fantastic choice! We absolutly love it and use it frequently. Jets are powerful, lighting is great and the speakers are excellant! We had very narrow access to our back garden and a set of steps to negotiate but the delivery team went above and beyond to ensure the tub was delivered safely and more importantly in one piece!Really pleased we visited Blue Whale Spa and made the purchase.

I bought my jacuzzi from Blue Whale years ago and the staff, services and aftersales are absolutely fantastic and pricing is very competitive. I rate this company 100%

We bought our hot tub four months ago and it was installed by two really helpful guys - a separate engineer came a few weeks later to install the cover lifter who went out of his way to give us loads of really helpful advice on cleaning and maintenance . We have been really happy with our hot tub and would highly recommend Blue whale Spas as a company.

I purchased a Jacuzzi from Costco and ended up dealing with Blue Whale Spa. Installation was ok. 10 months later the spa has started to make a load buzzing noise. This is the worst part….. phoned them, encountered an extremely rude operative at the end of the phone, basically could not wait to get me off of the phone SIX WEEKS WAIT FOR A REPAIR!!!!!. I have sent 2 emails to question this long wait and have had no response. To conclude spars are ok but the CS is just awful

Delivered on time by 2 men, who were very polite and helpful. After Service has been brilliant. Only poor point is that I thought they were opening a store in Seveonaks, but went there to purchase more chemicals and apparently it has never opened. Still very pleased with my purchase, just wish I had brought one years ago.

We would extremely recommend Blue Whale Spa when purchasing a new hot tub. They are very professional, courteous & extremely helpful. We bought our Hot Tub over 5 years ago & we love it. I think the customer service has been fantastic. The company rearranged a delivery for me and I was kept up to date and the guys that came with the hot tub were great. I am very, very pleased with my new hot tub.
