I called Jags to have a look at my archaic home alarm. An engineer came the next day as agreed. He came to the conclusion that my alarm needed to be replaced.Jags came back with a quote the next day and arranged a time and date to fit the alarm.His engineer came and fitted the alarm. He cleaned up after himself and spent time with us to explain how to use the new system.I would definitely recommend.

Very poor service.No empathy or compassion.All the emergency numbers provided didn’t workMy daughter’s key didn’t work and we waited for hours without support or help.If you are desperate use the company if not I would strongly advice that you do not go near them.
