After Sales Customer Service 0 StarsAll smiles and chat when you place your order and hand over your money. If there’s an issue with the very expensive purchase, that’s when their attitudes change and customer service becomes unhelpful, abrupt and condescending. Contacted the owners/staff and due to having to work we can’t return the faulty item the next day so their attitude is tuff luck. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to my worse enemy. *AVOID*

Pricey but then you do get quality with the costumes. Fireworks prices are high here. I know prices have gone up but I'd go elsewhere for fireworks. One or two pieces are priced right but 2.50 just for sparklers and 35 for war hawks. Nearly £20 for the frog fountains where range sell them for £12

Despite boasting about customer service on their website, after an issue with a delivery charge (paid £9 for next day delivery and item didn’t arrive) and one email in response to my complaint, I’ve tried various methods of getting in touch - after the initial reply, I’ve been ignored - and now emails are being returned. Bad aftercare and after sales service, ignore customer’s attempts to contact and refuse to engage. AVOID.

For some reason the car park entrance is locked and they expect you to walk around the block

Paid £4.99 delivery and then had to pay to return it £4.75 (package unopened) as it didn’t arrive in time - 48 hour service took 4 days. They explained that was my error as I should have paid for express delivery . Customer service non existent- anyway they’ll be pleased to know they’ve lost a customer

Huge warning on these guys. Returned an item, Royal Mail put a sticker on the outer plastic packaging and they’re trying to charge me £25 for ruining the item because apparantly each singular plastic bag they use costs £25…Honestly, joke of a business. Steer well clear. Product was incorrectly sized and bad quality too, so all round horrendous.

Awful company. Daughter bought a 80s style shell suit and when it arrived it was too small, she tried if on and when it didn't fit put it back in packaging and ordered the next size. She paid to return the one that was too small and there was noting at all wrong with it. She has today received an email from them saying it's in unsatisfactory condition and has black marks on it. No way is it the same one she returned, they just don't want to refund her the money back. She paid £30 for it and then £30 for a bigger size. Why would the first one have marks on it when it was literally only the bottoms that she tried on. Do not buy from this company seems like they have issues on refunding customers their money. Terrible.
