The work was done efficiently, with as little disturbance as was possible.The products used were of very good quality and do everything I need it to. The loft can now be used to it’s full advantage, with the ladder giving ease of use.Very polite and cleaned up excellently behind himself.Would highly recommend this company.

From start to finish the whole experience using Access 4 Lofts was very pleasant. We needed new insulation and boarding & also having a new loft hatch and ladder installed. We were able to book a survey within a week, and the work was carried out in a single day four weeks later. The installers were highly professional and friendly, and worked hard, completing everything way ahead of schedule. All work was completed to a high standard, and they made every effort to keep our property clean and tidy while they were here. Now the work is completed, our loft is much cleaner and nicer for storage purposes, and more importantly, the house is much warmer!

We are incredibly pleased with the excellent customer service and high quality of work offered by Access4Lofts Peterborough. They responded quickly to our initial enquiry, undertook a visit to quote for the work and explain what they could offer, the quote was sent through quickly but there was no pressure to finalise things. The work was carried out to a high standard, and the house was left tidy afterwards. Overall, we couldn't be more pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Before reading my comments I need to say I do not use the word exceptional casually or without meaning it.We had a wonderful experience with Access4Lofts. Matt came to give us a quote and was exceptional. He was respectful polite, friendly and listened to our needs not trying to force more buying from us than we wanted.Administration staff were exceptional too with there communication and response to emails.The young man who carried out the work again exceptional he knew the products being used inside out, explained exactly what he was doing and how it would be beneficial. Incredibly happy with the the before, during, and after sales service. The loft was quoted to be complete in two days - the team completed in one and the standard of work is exceptional. The team were pleasant, professional and well mannered and caused no disruption whilst the work was ongoing. Would highly recommend to anyone considering some work done to their loft space

Two friendly guys came to install the loft board. They are truly professional and when they told me they can finish the job by 1pm, they really did. The quality of the finished loft is top notch! Thank you!
