We had an amazing experience using the bikes, took the bikes out at northstowe, cycled to Cambridge and back- I’m so happy there is finally a bike rental company that is well priced AND provides toddler seats too! Will definitely be recommending to local friends and will 100% be using again!!

Total waste of time and money. Very poor customer serviceThe bikes run out of battery within 20 minutes and this power runs the lights with no back up! Its Extremely dangerous and illegal to ride bike in dark without lights. I have reported problems to biz bike and was assured they would be fixed. They've not been fixed even after the company said they were several months ago.Still today the problems persist and the company are no longer responding or even acknowledging problems
