We’ve came a few times and always have a pleasant time. The cinnamon buns are fluffy and soft and we love the icing on top. We always get a seat and enjoy the selection of treats available.

First time ever in Manchester and we bumped into this amazing place! Such a welcome treat. Rainy day, warm cinnamon bun. I loved it. Service was very friendly, we got a big smile next to our bun. We will come back soon!

I've loved Cinnabon in Canada so seeing this location was a must visit. I don't know what they did to these ones but they were the best cinnabon I've had in the UK or Canada. They were literally fresh out of the oven which was lucky for me. Also the girl at the register (Heather?) was just lovely and just looked like she was doing a smashing job when it got busy, with all the trays coming/going/decorated still while her coworker was busy making more buns.

- Handmade and really delicious halal cinnamon buns- Prices are pretty good for what you get (not expensive at all)-Amazing customer service - Jamie the supervisor was really friendly and helpful- The store is well kept, clean and tidy, although it's small - it does have some seating areas though- Also serves ice cream, coffee and chillatasNothing bad to say about this place as it's an all-round good store with great service

Went today and have to say the gentleman working the till was lovely and polite.Sat down and table was immediately cleaned.The cinnamon buns were fresh out the oven and tasted great and hot drinks we ordered were prompt.A tasty place with amazing staff.Would go back.

AMAZING!!!! A must visit when in the area, I believe it's an American brand but Cinnabon should definitely be more available elsewhere in the UK (the only other place I've found it was Liverpool city), it is delicious!!! The service at this particular shop was great; the man working on the Saturday evening was so friendly, full of joy and gave a great service, he really put a smile on everyone's face!!!

Paid £6 on Too Good to Go and received two boxes of 2 Classic Cinnabon, a box of 6 mini Classic Cinnabon and a box of 6 mini Chocobon. Faultless on what we paid for and what we got. The staff were friendly when we went there for collection too.These pastries ticked all the boxes: they were gooey-licious, very cinnamon-y, had a good balance of dough and filling, and were satisfyingly indulging. They were sweet but not sickly sweet thanks to the cream cheese frosting.It was a positive experience and would visit again as a treat!

The food and the coffee are great. The staff is nice and friendly. The only issue is the table standard. The restaurant is always dirty, the bins are full. It looks like there is a problem with how the place is managed. The staff is constantly busy with preparing, baking and serving. Nobody is looking after housekeeping. I noticed this in other Cinnabon restaurants, too.Generaly, I love the place. It's just a shame that is not kept in better condition.

Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐Ambiance ⭐⭐⭐Accessibility ⭐⭐⭐⭐Cost ⭐⭐⭐Service ⭐⭐⭐⭐I've been craving cinnamon buns for a while and have been trying to find those with raisins in them. Unfortunately, no luck here too. They do have other varieties to try. Generally they are lovely and certainly an easy choice if you're having a craving for cinnamon buns too! Staff was friendly, service was good, shop is a bit small so you're more than likely to buy to go.
