My friend and I stayed here for 1 night when walking Hadrians Wall. We received such Kindness from the farmer and his wife, who really helped us out when we had got soaked! Thanks again for all your help, it was really appreciated!

Basic site but everything you need for a couple of nights. Water point and toilet. There is also a honesty snack shop.Well situated for Hadrian's wall walkers.The hosts are lovely and extremely welcoming.

Amazing site with the most wonderful and kind owners. Basic set up with running water, sink and toilet. Also a hut with snacks, ice creams, cold drinks, kettle and pot noodles, run via an honesty box. Would certainly recommend for any campers passing through!

Lovely camping site right on the Hadrian's wall path (about 15 miles from Carlisle). With running water, benches, a chemical toilet and a small honesty shop. Owner was very friendly and helpful.Also a short walk to a Roman quarry through a forested gorge to a picturesque river.

Good value campsite with honesty box, fresh water and a loo owner is friendly as well I would highly recommend it.
