Went in to get my free welcome donut and birthday donut and buy one get one free eid donut and the lady was very kind and helpful. Yum.

A bit disappointing. Maybe a bad day for the staff but the young girl only gave us eleven instead of twelve. We went back and she gave us the missing one we’d paid for but no smiles or apology. The guy looked very disinterested and was glued to his phone. The up sell for more doughnuts and drinks is undoubtedly company policy, but annoying. Shop looks clean and full.

Wanted to get a treat for my children. Girl was not interested in my order. Went to the till to be told they don’t except cash! I don’t have a card! Cash is still legal tender. No signs to say that. Apparently due to covid. How ironic when the shop was not clean. Very disappointing! There’s no evidence that using cash causes a spread of covid.

I was treating me and my family to a doughnut for after dinner today . So we all picked the ones we want to pay for them and they refuse to take the cash I had to pay for them. So we was not happy to say the least

Called in today... Amazing choice of the freshest Krispy Kreme's.... I was assisted by Shovon a really pleasant bloke...As I was waiting for my fiancée and eating my doughnut, I was privileged to over hear Shovon training a new member of staff... The attention to detail he was teaching him about customer service, putting the customers wishes above all else was really nice to hear... The customer gets what the customer wants attitude was a breath of fresh air.Teaching him to Guide the customer so they can make their own choices and feel part of the experience...From my experience today I would definitely use this store again and whole heartedly support this type of staff training.Well done guys... Today was fantastic⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Poor customer care. They were open at the time I got there and the Open sign still on, before I enter, one boy came and flipped the close sign on my face without any respect and with ignorance. That was on 31 of December 2022 at 5:50 PM. They need a tons of customer care training. disgrace.
