To be fair I never use kwik fit at goole and only went as a last resort due to needing tyres. 3 years ago they tried to tell me my brake callipers we seized but only one was. In addition they had always found work that never needed doing as I know a little about cars. I had told all my colleagues, friends and family to avoid kwik fit at all costs. Yesterday I found the manager very approachable and professional. I hope they remain that way and I mabe back.

Would just like to really thank Daniel and team for all the help they’ve given me the past couple of weeks, nothing was too much trouble, great communication, very friendly and jobs done on my car in no time.. .. this branch is a real credit to your company, others ie Falkirk store could do wonders getting customer service tips from these guys.. if I’m ever needing tyres etc I will definitely be down when I’m seeing my partner.. thanks again for all your support and help.. Car is running amazing again. My drive home to Scotland was much better than my way down.. cheers guys!

Professional, caring service. The gents operating the Goole Kwik-Fit are top notch. Fought with the leasing company to ensure my family was taken care of. The manager even drove 20mins to get the proper tire. Thank you gentlemen, we’ll done. You are what customer service is suppose to be.

Took the car for some work done the gentlemen there Craig was great couldn’t be any more helpful if he tried went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with everything. Even walked away with some reindeer food for the kids absolute lovely bloke definitely would recommend.

After contacting the Beverley branch and advising them I had an issue ... I then contacted the Goole Branch who were more than willing to assist me in my quest .. it turned out I had a nail in my tyre that Craig and the team sorted for me at the Goole Branch ... I had to travel 24 miles further to receive help from these great guys in Goole

Good service for basic parts. Left my tyres under inflated which led to an expensive problem 2 days later. Otherwise clear on what work could be done and accurate quotes. Be sure to know what you need, up selling is annoying.
