Great shop with a quality selection of vinyl at very reasonable prices. Neil is a fine person to chat with, and easy to spend a good hour flicking through the records and catching up on music. Well worth a visit. I came away with 3 pieces of music ready for the deck back in Houston Texas!

An excellent record shop with an emphasis on quality over quantity.Superb selection of prog, folk and metal.Plenty of hard to find items in great condition and sensibly priced. Picked up a lovely Sandy Denny first pressing and Zappa's drowning witch album.Enjoyed talking to the friendly and knowledgeable owner about music and football. I was in Harrogate for the weekend and came across this ultra cool record shop attached to a cocktail and pizza bar. The boss was incredibly friendly and I had a great natter whilst buying a bagful of records. They are especially strong on metal and their prices are very fair. I got an obscure Witchfinder General album for half the online price. One of the nicest shops I’ve been to and certainly the friendliest. Up the Palace!!!!!
