Extremely bad experience I’ve ordered a tv from them and it passed almost one month and I didn’t receive it . I’m still waiting and I’m still messaging them but nobody replied. I don’t recommend to anyone to buy. Very bad experience. If i don’t get my order or my money back ASAP i will report them.

I also ordered a TV and had to email them twice with no reply. I am now trying to get my money back via the bank. Trouble was they sounded like a genuine shop. Too trusting but never again.

Purchased a 4K TV on sale via the website.Should have realised the price was to good to be true.My order is still pending after 5 daysAfter reading the reviews , tried to contact this site but as expected the mobile number does not work and the emails do not get answered.A genuine site would have already started to action my order by Day 2 and respond to enquiries.Avoid the special offers as its all a scam.Now trying to get my money back from my card issuer.Apparently Amsor are based in China not Belfast

AVOID!Scam website, if your going to chance your arm use your credit card to protect yourself. thats what I did. after 2 weeks and a tracking number which showed item held in customs then wrong address, I emailed for an update. email bounced back straight away!Company set up August 2022 also.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FEO. THIS COMPANY!! I feel such a fool for falling for the cheap prices. I spent all my Xmas budget on a present for my son. It’s has never appeared although they were very quick to take my money. You have no chance of getting in touch with anyone. The phone number is a mobile number which won’t connect and the email is full so am guessing the at it’s full of complaints. These people are absolute con men and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I will be reporting this company and they should be locked up for stealing innocent peoples money.

As everyone else I’ve been stitched up by this outfit. I say outfit, but it looks like a modern day one man ‘back of a van’ situation - so much easier to con people online these days. Its the first time in many years I’ve been stuffed up and not for a huge amount of money fortunately which I will get back from Mastercard I hope, but like shoplifting ultimately we all pay for this kind of thing. Can’t believe as others have said this con artist is allowed to ‘trade’ so openly. PLEASE don’t part with any money…AVOID like the plague. Low prices that are actually too good to be true.

Absolute Scam, look on Trustpilot and you will see just how many have been had!You get a realistic looking tracking but I’m sure it’s fake, with my order it said the delivery had reached the UK but was being sent back to the sender in mainland China as the address was insufficient…others have had exactly the same experience.Santander fraud department are currently looking into this.UPDATEI paid by debit card and Santander got them to refund me the £260 I paid, it took about three weeks from when I reported the scam to them.

I ordered a Bluetooth speaker which cost approx £95.00 but after 4 weeks I received a TV remote control worth approx £5.00.They do not respond to emails (mail box full) or telephone (not accepting incoming calls).Because they shipped an alternative item it means I cannot claim for the loss through my credit card which makes it even more annoying.Avoid this company it's a SCAM!

Scam…paid for an item a month ago and it’s still showing as “pending” the phone line is always unavailable, emails are always bounced back and the online chat is always off line. I’m now seeking help through my bank. When trying to support small businesses this is such a disappointment

Con-artists who have no intention of supplying the tv I ordered from them.I’ve contacted my banks fraud department ’ and they will chase these crooks down.They’ve taken advantage of people’s good nature .
