DANGEROUS SLIPPING HAZARD. Just back from hospital , in windy conditions the water is blown onto the paving which is like an oil patch. I'm not the first to take a trip an ambulance trip to A&E thanks to this badly designed health hazard :-(

Love how it turned from a Roundabout into a nice place to have your dinner. It's right outside Sheffield Train station. This is where the Doctor Who Adventure Game was launched in 2010. I'm a trainspotter and I love this station.

Wonderful 'moving water' sculpture installation - I want to be more eloquent in my description but words escape me. As you walk down the slight incline towards station entrance you can't help put immerse your left hand in the cool water. A grand entrance/exit to very tidy station concourse which feels like it has had recent revamp too.

Nice approach to Sheffield Station with the stainless wall and the fountain/waterfalls. Now has a modern feel to it and presents a good image to anybody just arriving in Sheffield. I also like the new sculpture of the peregrine that's been put up since my last visit to that little patch of Sheffield. Will probably get 5 stars once the vacant area next to it is sorted out.

Sheaf Square is is a nice open space in front of Sheffield's railway station, and is a good 'welcome' to the city when exiting the station. The water installation is particularly striking as you walk alongside it.

Well set out public square at the entrance to Sheffield train station.Just realised having looked at some photo's I took that the mirrors that form the sculpture create a second skyline across the view that would be there if the mirrors were not. It actually looks very cool I am not sure how many people realise this.
