I arranged for Steve to install two nest thermostats to replace existing thermostats. He explained what would happen, and any possible issues before commencing the work. Steve was knowledgable, explaining how everything worked and how to set up. We obtained a few quotes with Steve providing a good price compared to some others. Additionally, Steve responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner, which I always see as an indication of the companies work ethic. On completion of the work which remained on the quoted price, Steve cleaned up and left the place spotless. If looking to install nest thermostats I would thoroughly recommend the company. . It was so good to find by chance this very professional heating engineer Steve. My previous engineer repaired my system but it went off 3 days later and I had been without heating for over 5 weeks awaiting a response to re check. Also I was aware that my pressure valve was dripping water quite heavily and it wasnt mentioned in the repair by the previous engineer. By chance a very professional card from Steve was put through my door to say my pressure valve was leaking and an average cost was quoted to fix it should I require. I rang him and my heating was fully repaired and checked out within a few days and I was reassured everything was safe with my heating. Also anything he needed to move like shoe box etc was put back in same place. He was extremely polite and well mannered and got the job done and I will definitely keep his card. If anyone is looking for a heating engineer I would highly recommend Steve. Thanks for noticing my leaking valve and leaving your card.

Rang on a Tuesday morning at 8am. They arrived at 09:15. Quickly diagnosed the fault and put a temporary fix in place to get my heating running. Returning on Thursday to fit a new part. Very pleased with the service and a very competitive price

Came out quickly gave me price for repair and price for new boiler went with new boiler, it was fitted within a week works perfect he has even added an app to my phone so I can control boiler from anywhere so impressed with service replied to every text message came when he said tidied up FIRST CLASS JOB and a nice lad very respectful
