Somewhat last minute I required a suit for a formal occasion this week. Descending on the Hove store unannounced the welcome I received was warm, the service was personal and nothing was too much trouble, and within a few minutes my dilemma was resolved.I was a little taken aback at the cost of rental, but that aside my experience was gold standard.A massive thank you to Anna who served me and also to Alice, a visual merchandiser who happened to visiting the store that day, you were both awesome!

Had a great experience when buying a suit at short notice. Ash gave great service, provided recommendations and was clearly very knowledgable. I wanted the trousers altered on short notice which they were unable to do but they connected me with a local tailor who had them done by the end of the day. All in all, a positive experience, a nice suit and I would highly recommend asking for Ash at Moss Bros.

The Staff went above and beyond!Ash the GM couldn't have done enough for me to make sure every alteration was perfect, Give that man a pay rise!

I would like to mention a member of staff who was really helpful and her name is Fran. She was really lovely, friendly, efficient, super helpful and knew her stuff. Everyone at the store was really helpful. Can't wait to get our tailored wedding suit from there!

I bought 3 custom made suits for a wedding at the Hove branch. Nothing was too much trouble for Ash ( the manager) or for the team. We got our suits in time as specified. We had our alterations done under the supervision of Ash and the suits looked absolutely wonderful on the day.Highly recommended and will definitely go there again! Thanks guys!

We recently visited Moss Bros Hove and wasn’t disappointed in any way due to the most excellent professional service given to me by Ash .On every aspect from start to finish buying my tailor made wedding suit I was treated in a friendly helpful way . Ash made me feel important and was sympathetic with my requirements. His guidance and judgment was spot on .On the day my suit was ready for trying on it fitted me perfectly and my partner was very impressed with the look and fit of it .I can’t fault Ash he works hard and makes you feel important and knows your wedding day is just as equally important and gets every little detail just right .We will definitely be visiting again soon even though we come all the way from Devon.Again thanks Ash for the outstanding lovely service :)

I can’t understand the negative reviews for here, we had a fantastic experience here! My partner needed a new suit jacket for a set he already had the pants for. The staff were able to match which set they were from as my partner brought the item’s code with him. They also measured him and were super helpful with finding the correct fit. Prices are also reasonable for what I think are lovely quality suits and smart wear. Would highly recommend!

Don't bother booking an appointment. After 45 minutes of waiting around for disorganised staff I was told to just come back another day! (spoiler - I'm not. I'm going to Dickies in Hove instead)
