Maid2Clean Chingford

Recommended to me by a friend as I couldn't find a suitable cleaner anywhere. Good service overall, value for money, and I like that they insure and vetted my cleaner for me. I'm happy with my cleaner Yamina and the office staff are very helpful whenever I need them. Would recommended.

Awful service - Very hard to get in contact with and never get back to you. The actual cleaner was great and did a great job. But the customer service was very bad. I cancelled my contract within the month and they refused to honor that month. Having already paid 1 month upfront they kept my money. Do not use this company there are plenty more others to try first!

Maid2Clean has, over a period, introduced us to three cleaners, each of which has been reliable, helpful and hard-working. Admin is handled efficiently and smoothly. Recommended.

Disorganised, cause more problems than they help.We organised a one off clean, someone was assigned to us and the cleaner contacted me the night before confirming. In the morning, no one arrived and no one contacted me. When I followed up I was informed that the clean had been cancelled. I explained that no one had contacted me and that I had worked from home specifically to let the cleaner in so this was incredibly disappointing and had caused a lot of inconvenience. They eventually assigned another cleaner to me who also cancelled the same day.The day ended with me having to call for the third time saying I assumed that they had been unable to assign anyone to the job today.The office staff were very polite on the phone but ultimately, nothing was done to rectify the situation. Not even a good will gesture was offered.You have to pay a £40 fee upfront and the money still hasn’t been returned, several days later. My partner paid but they took my card details and said the money could be returned to my account which I was sceptical about but he was here so I provided my card details...starting to worry that this place is a huge scam.

Great quality service. I recommended their services to friends.My agent is always on time and hardworking throughout the full contracted hours. I can trust the agent and leave them be in their element. For example, I work from home and I can focus on my work during the cleaning.The payment method can see modernisation in future.
