We had a very good experience using lakes estate to sell our home. This was the first time we had sold a home and lakes estate were with us every step of the way. The communication was excellent, always at the end of the phone, with regular check in calls. Their knowledge of the property market in Cumbria is very impressive. The impressive marketing and technology used, including the virtual tour, ensured the value of our property was maximised. Property we visited was absolutely perfect, the agent who showed us around was very knowledgeable and approachable. The only problem was us. There was absolutely nothing for us to do to put our own stamp on it, if we were a few years older, it would have been fine, who knows we may change our minds but we can't thank the vendors and the estate agents for their time.

This whole house buying process was drawn out, convoluted and a pain in the neck but Hannah was absolutely brilliant from the get go. Patient, professional and empathetic.
