Quoted me £50 to fix my phone... Then when my mrs went to pay and get it fixed dropped another £20 on top... Not cool my friend... When a deal is done its done... U dont change it just because its a female

I have been here a few times and so have my family and friends and sadly not once has there not been an issue with the repairs they performed, because of this I cannot recommend this store. They also refused to fix the issues caused by the repairs on almost every occasion and will not take responsibility. My friend had actually been charged for a repair twice as she had to get her phone repaired there five times as a new issue suddenly was present after every repair.

I went in to enquire about a phone that had a smashed screen. Honestly I wasn't sure if it was fixable. It is now 24 hours later and I have a working phone. I couldn't be happier. Great staff and great communication. I highly recommend

I went to get a new battery put into my Samsung galaxy s8 plus a while ago, and when i was there it was a good service. I waited in store, and it was done within 30 minutes, however as time has gone on, ive taken my protective phone case off and saw that the back of my phone has peeled off where it has been glued back on... and my new battery isnt even lasting 20 minutes, it freezes on me completely and only fully functions if its plugged into charge. I need it fixing soon as i cant deal with it. Ive had to plug it into charge whilst i write this review otherwise it would freeze and die on me, even at 100%. Overall it was a good service, but i need the issuss fixing ASAP as i need contact with my phone.

Brilliant Service done on my phone yesterday asked online about a price for fixing my screen and adding a new home button and got a reply with a price within five minutes the gentlemen in the shop was very friendly and 3 hours after I left my phone with him at the shop I have my phone back again looking brand new. The price for repair was also great and probably the best around and I would go back again if had any more problems and this would be for sure the first place I would recommend anyone to go a job well done.

Tried tell me my s21 was in bad condition offered a derisory offer then cex gave me £223 for a bad condition phone,robbing b¥$¢√π÷s

I damaged the charging port on my Samsung Galaxy A53. Took it in to get looked at and it was fixed within 20 minutes. Great service, very friendly staff. Would certainly recommend.

I dropped and smashed my phone, got a quote for £100 'original screen' and was working fine.. a few weeks later the back casing of the phone started to come away from the handset and this was due to the battery expanding. I was told it would need replacing due to myself having it on charge 24/7 and would cost £20 to replace. I took the handset to the Samsung Store and was actually told it's not an original screen and is in fact a copy one for around £10 so straight away my warranty was voided. I was also advised that my handset is only 2 months old from new and the reason for the battery expanding is because of the way the screen was replaced and due to the handset over powering it's self due to the copy screen replacement. This bogus business is making a large profit for fake goods! My advice is stay well clear and go elsewhere and pay that little bit extra for a decent service. I have also opened a case with Trading Standards.

Replaced Damaged iPhone 7 Screen - I took my sons broken iPhone 7 in to have screen replaced. It was dealt with in less than 20 minutes. Great service and reasonably priced. They even pointed out a missing part and replaced that too as part of the service. Very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

So I needed to change the battery on my iPhone XR as it had been bloated and it wouldn’t hold charge and the man fixed it within 15 minutes. He also advised me how to properly care for my phone and gave me tips. Also I paid a pretty decent price for a screen protector and new battery and now can tell the difference massively with my phone so thank you for being one of the good repair shops instead of those rip off places where they take your money and mess your phone up more.
