Annie was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted and showed us some options. I was a bit unsure as I was certain I had seen an offer at a cheaper price. She found the offer and booked it. Booked on a Monday and travelled on the Saturday. Everything went very smoothly. Excellent service and would definitely use them again.

My self and Stephen Bennett booked to go Ibiza a few weeks ago, it was organized so well and the team were on the case all the way through the booking. Annie Hughes was a pleasure to work with, we had such a good time Stephen has booked to go with them again to Ibiza for a second time with them later this year.

Having decided on a safari holiday and knowing very little about it, I approached Newell's Travel in St Austell, as they came highly recommended to me. I started my journey with Lisa who, has not only been incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but has also been really efficient in providing me with a variety of suggested options throughout the process. She has been fabulous to deal with, helpful, kind and very patient! We have just confirmed that most amazing family holiday and are so excited. Thank you SO much for all your brilliant work!

Excellent tour guide Kevin.Both hotels lovely, fantastic food.I hadn’t really anticipated the long coach rides to get to the excursions.But it was worth it when you got there.Ohh, and not forgetting the excellent service that I had from Lisa at Newells St Austell. I had every confidence that everything would be organised for me, and it certainly was.Thank tui.

Just completed a wonderful 10 day trip to Cyprus booked through Newells Travel St’ Austell. I cannot recommend this company or this particular branch highly enough….the holiday of course was fabulous, only enhanced by the security through this travel agent. Yasmin, who dealt with our booking from beginning to end has been amazing - right down getting us checked on to our flights remotely while we were on the train to the airport (this was a Wizz Air problem not Newells) and checking us in to fly back home while we sat by the pool in Cyprus (again a Wizz Air issue)…..fantastic service…. thank you Yasmin……great job Newells St’ Austell.

Our trip to Paris was exceptional! A big thank you to Yasmin of Newell Travel St Austell who organised everything. The whole holiday ran smoothly from arriving at Bristol Airport to our return home. All excursions were perfect and the days events ran smoothly, we enjoyed every moment and look forward to booking our next holiday.
