Cyno type class perfect. Tutor really explains and guides you through process. Right size class. Well set up. Recommended. Don't need an art background just have fun.

Lovely sewing and craft centre at the far end of South Downs Garden Nursery, Hassocks. Very friendly helpful ladies who I met, Louise and Sarah. Spent a morning there volunteering, making syringe driver bags for a local hospital in Brighton.

I attended the Rachel Raw Edge Coat workshop last week and had a brilliant day! Sarah is a fantastic teacher; she is knowledgeable, provides clear instructions and is very patient. The studio is a very calm, relaxing atmosphere in which to learn and sew, and the other women on the course were lovely. I’m looking forward to attending another course very soon.

My sister and I had a wonderful day learning wet felting. Sarah taught us in easy stages so we didn’t get overwhelmed. The atmosphere was friendly and warm and we both went home with a beautiful picture and feeling inspired to take it further. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Sarah.

Really love Made and Making. Have attended many workshops there particularly Long Sew Friendly where you can bring your own project and get help with it and How to use you're Overlocker Workshop. Sarah is very helpful and approachable and I have made many items of clothing with her help. The workshop is lovely, like a home from home, great setting for doing projects. You also meet love people who are also attending for help with their projects ie dressmaking, patchwork etc

I had the best weekend with Sarah and Louise at Made&Making’s first craft retreat. The ladies, together with Maddie, had prepped everything we would need and delivered plenty of craft to keep us entertained all weekend. Nothing is too much trouble, the team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and welcoming. I will be saving up for next year

Slouchy dungarees made today in the lovely studio. Another great course with all the help you need offered by Sarah. There are so many courses to choose from from morning courses to longer weekly courses. Highly recommended.

I attended a Jesmonite casting workshop on 2/11/23. Sarah and Louise are great teachers who make the whole learning process extremely enjoyable. We all went away with very useable products that looked great. The step by step guidance was at the right pace and enabled everyone to accomplish what they came for. A lovely warm and welcoming studio ❤️
