I can't recommend Dan enough! Has been taking care of my bike for years now! Always very honest and thorough with the services and parts supplied. Not grumpy/too busy or pushy like most bike shops... I have a vintage bike and no, I don't need all parts replaced all the time, I need it running safe & smoothly and that is what he'll do! (plus some fun colour cables ✨). And super friendly too!! Best bike shop! Big up!!!

Excellent service and very nice people!Had a puncture close by (far from home) and went there one hour before closing time. They were very busy, but were able to fix my bike including my brakes that hadn't been functioning properly for a while - all within one hour.I will go across town to Big Fun Bikes next time I need to have my bike serviced.

Give me faith in Bike Shop.After patching a puncutre myself, something seemed wrong so I reached out to get it checked. He told me to come in so that we could look at it together. Explained to me the potential reasons for my problems and gave me recommandations without trying to upsell me.My problem was more a wait and see thing but he told me to come back anytime before closing time if any other problems arise.Will definitely go back whenever I need services. After a few poor experience, glad I found this place.

Same bike, another service, customer service still OUTSTANDING! ;-) thank you Daniel!I have just had my bike serviced here and it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Very reasonably priced and quick. The last two services in London have been a disaster so I thoroughly recommend this business.

Highly recommend. Had a crash on Friday, and phoned monday expecting them to say fully booked for the week. Was able to drop it down and have my bike fixed the same day. Is riding better than ever, quality workmanship and great service. Thank you!

Updated my old steel horse to use modern dual-pivot brakes, installed them along with new cabling, levers and handle-bar tape for a good price and from one day to the next. Very happy indeed!

Just popped in for some air on my way home as my pump is in storage and the pump at my office broke today, but I wanted to leave 5* as the chap I dealt with was super nice and I’ll deffo be back for a service as they seemed super reasonably priced and it’s always great to support your LBS!!! Will update my review post service!
