Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything one would need for pets.

Bought a puppy chewing rope toy but it didn't take long for the plastic to break off in dangerous small bits.

The team are kind and helpful. Good selection of stock and always clean and tidy. Love that they have a recycling facility for used pet pouches and a donation box for local charities. Convenient parking too.

Hardly have anything on shelfs theses days andstruggle to get food for partner snake as well prices in there becoming ridiculous.Also points are not much use as they use to be hardly get any points any vouchers we get are for things we don't use or things we do have to spend a certain amount to get discount .

I took my 16 wk old puppy for a puppy groom.Which SHOULD take 2 hours, not 30 minutes!You need time & patience, puppies need to feel comfortable & safe!!When I went to collect hr she was sat on the floor in the corner looking very frightened & looking at the floor!!Which I didn't not like at all!!!Do not go to these guys!!!!I would never recommend these to any pet owner!!!

Always friendly staff who know what they are talking about. Prices seem a little higher than other shops but then the quality is better. Sometimes they don't have the frozen food i need in stock as they are a smaller store but they offer to phone the swindon store for me to check their stock levels. Situated next door to a home bargains, sports direct and hobbycraft. Disabled parking right outside and lots of other parking spaces too. Includes a groom room and vet service. Very central, very handy and always my first go too for pet needs. Even if i order from the website and collect in store to make sure i get what i need. Store is always clean and things are easily located. Love that i can take my pet in to choose something for herself too should we ever be there together (she doesn't have to sit and wait in the car!)Bug delivery appears to be on a Thursday. Frozen food now kept out the back. Presumably because the door was sometimes left open on the freezer and the stock was being lost. You have to ask a member of staff for any frozen mice etc and they'll get it for you.

Friendly staff, decent range of products. Not the biggest shop in the world but perfectly suited to Cirencester. Gloucester's is bigger but it had a great range of dog products including a doggie birthday cake which my german shepherd loved!

Low on stock and no real answers to when they will have this sorted. I’ve gone shopping online instead

Good place to get your pet supplies, I needed some bacteria for a new fish tank to help with an amonia spike.I purchased some fluval cycle for about £12 and it worked a treat. Within a few days it took the amonia level from 0.3 down to less than 0.1The only reason I would not give 5 stars was because the live fish did not look in the best shape.I would be happy to shop here again.
