We ended up spending far more than we planned but that was due to the beautiful and extensive range of dresses. The lady, Kim, who served us was absolutely lovely and her personal attention was exceptional. We went in just to look and came out with my 'mother of the groom' outfit.

Really impressed with this boutique and the service, we don’t get the same attention nowadays on the high street and so it was a real treat! My mum felt really posh for the day and was really looked after so thank you very much! She is beaming with her outfit! Will defiantly visit again when we have a wedding or special event. I took my mum to Ragdoll of Pudsey today for her mother of the bride outfit. The ladies were so lovely, really attentive and came up with great suggestions for an outfit for my mum. The shop has a huge selection of stunning dresses/hats/shoes and I’m so glad we found it. Would definitely recommend, thanks for all your help x

I was very anxious about shopping for my ‘mother of the bride’ outfit but having visited Ragdoll I needn’t have been. I could not have wished for more professional and friendly service from the ladies. They seemed to just ‘know’ what would suit me and gently encouraged me to try dresses on which were out of my comfort zone. There was no pressure applied to buy at all which just shows how confident they are in their recommendations. This was the only shop I visited and why not when you try an outfit on and feel fabulous in it.I had such lovely comments on my daughters wedding day. Well done Ragdoll. I will highly recommend you at every opportunity.

Not my usual place to review, but here goes. This is the place to go for finding that outfit for that occasion when you need to be sure you are the only person wearing that outfit! This is a ladies emporium for ladies wanting that outfit (that equates to me as special, individual and right for the person). I stayed out of the way for an hour, but ventured into the shop to check on progress. I met four of the ladies who very obviously love the shop, take their job very seriously and above all want to make a sale only if you love not just like the article you've tried. Their shop has two floors so you can be seen alone and individually. I asked to take photos, but their range is vast and their selection is not captured save for the number of coat hangers shown. Hats and fascinators abound. I will be returning in five weeks for my wife's final fitting and hope this review has helped others find this place.

Very disappointed with the lack of attentive service both my Mum and I received. This was my second visit, thinking I’d give them the benefit of the doubt after the lack of interest from my first visit in September. I was greated with the comment ‘are you here for sale shoes... ‘‘no here for Mother of the bride shoes.’ Everything seemed an effort and felt as though we weren’t good enough to shop at that store. Well both my mum (Gran of the bride) and myself (Mother of the bride) have taken our business elsewhere and another business who made us both feel special has benefited from the £2,500 we have spent with them! Wow this shop is fabulous cocktail, evening or wedding especially mother of the bride/groom. They have the outfit matching hat/hatinator/facinator shoes and handbags mostly designer labels they also sell plus size outfits , you get what you pay for total class. I've been many times upstairs although not big there is a vast selection also they serve you tea or coffee whilst deciding on The outfit lovely finishing touch. All the ladies give you an individual approach very attentive and have loads of experience cant recommend highly enough.

Recommended to a friend for wedding outfits as I bought mine over 10 years ago. Nothing too much trouble for attentive staff and no limit to how many outfits to try on, they are very helpful. Both the brides mum and grooms mum looked stunning with their final choices. Highly recommend to anyone looking for wedding or occasion outfits.

I bought my mother of the bride outfit in 2020 but due to covid the wedding was cancelled twice! It finally went ahead in May this year and my outfit looked very fresh and due to being a classic style not at all dated. I felt great to be wearing the dress recommended by the ladies there they definitely know their stuff, I received so many compliments. The dress, jacket and hat were from the Condici range. Worth every penny
