I was given this rotten onion so complained. The shop assistant said “so what!” and shrugged her shoulders. I haven’t been back since. Other shops have excellent customer service but it is poor here.

We have had amazing service from Kay's. They have delivered to us from a very long time and if you go into the shop they are courteous and kind. Their greengrocery is of an excellent standard.

Wide range of fresh and reasonably priced fruit and veg. Always plenty of customers so produce is always tip top. Friendly helpful staff who insisted on helping us to carry our shopping to the car even though we were parked just outside the shop. Staff are very well thought of in the locality.

These guys are and have been absolutely brilliant, they have kept myself and my husband going throughout all the lockdowns and with our ongoing delieveries, the quality of fruit, vegetables and salads is top notch, you always get a friendly welcome when visiting the shop and a carry service to the car for any larger items purchased, always a pleasure to shop in Kay's. First time going there and it will certainly become my regular friut/veg shop. Nice to see a good green grocer were you can pick your own and have good friendly staff.
