The detailed planning and extremely competent leadership and guiding from Erin was second to none.Her local knowledge not just of tides, currents and weather, but cake shops was so valuable and just made everything go so smoothly.Prior to that the admin was also spot on letting us know the full what, when and how.The kit provided was good quality and for the most part brand new.The thing we weren't prepared for was how beautiful a place we had the privilege of being allowed to paddle round and being escorted and looked after by such an enthusiastic, knowledgeable guide.Even the midges behaved and the food was great!Perfect.

Brilliant trip on the Scilly Isles - good balance of relaxation and exertion exploring the beautiful clear waters of the Islands. Erin is a great team leader!

Have just returned from a fabulous week’s expedition on Mull managing to visit Staffa and a circumnavigation of the north part of the island. As ever Erin was spot on with decision making with a mixed group to make this happen. May is a great time to see wildlife- minke whale, eagles, otters, seals and puffins. I can’t recommend Evoke highly enough for a fully supported inclusive trip.

I've returned recently from a sea kayaking expedition to Lofoten and would highly recommend this adventure to all keen kayakers and adventure seekers! I had an absolutely wonderful time and I'm saying that despite us having had a few rainy days at the start and being a solo traveller. Erin's enthusiasm for and knowledge of the area could not be doubted and nor could her expertise as an expedition leader. She was always one step ahead in planning lunch stops, looking out for any rain clouds sneaking up on us, and getting the tea on as soon as we set up camp. The group was small and full of liked-minded people looking for a mini adventure - no egos, team mentality and up for a laugh! What a great trip!

Having just completed an amazing trip around the Lofoten Islands, my experience with Erin has been that she combines unassuming professionalism and knowledge with a determination to have fun and provide the best experience for her clients that the conditions allow. Erin is a sensational guide who cultivates a truly outstanding expedition experience. Her warm, sensible, inclusive, professional and positive approach to each member of the paddling team along with her use of high-quality gear and delicious camping meals make paddling with her fun and extremely rewarding. I’ve been on a number of guided expeditions and, based on those experiences, have no problem saying Erin is one of the best. I don’t have the words to recommend her highly enough. She’s your girl if you want an expedition with an experienced guide, good food, a personalised small group experience, and good quality gear. Hopefully, you’ll be lucky enough to grab some juicy wild mussels or catch a 3 pound cod for dinner. She’s great!

Highly Recommended! We did a last minute sea kayaking trip with Erin to Cornwall and it was fab. Just what we needed to improve our skills but also enjoy some stunning Cornish coastline. Hope we can join Evoke Adventure again, maybe in Norway...

I'd been wanting to sea kayak the Lofotens with Evoke since pre-pandemic, and expectations were very high when I finally arrived in July. To say they were blown away would be an understatement. The beauty of this place goes way beyond any photos, to kayak the coastlines, islands and fjords of Austvågøya and wild camp at truly magically locations was an incredible experience. Erin is phenomenal guide, her enthusiasm, leadership and clear love for both expedition life and the Lofotens shone thru everyday and was infectious. With an awesome team of fellow paddlers up for anything and fueled by delish food and laughter, this was a very special trip.Thank you Evoke Adventure, from my first enquiry to our happy but sad farewell you made this trip a breeze for me to join. Hope to join you in Mull when I'm back on the northern hemisphere!

Lofoten is as spectacular as its reputation and by kayak has to be the best way to see the area and to avoid any crowds. The varied scenery and wildlife were both captivating. The research behind this trip was excellent, allowing daily distances to be tailored to the (nice & small) group and the weather conditions, with seemingly limitless lovely picnic stops and idyllic, deserted campsites. Erin is a natural expedition leader with boundless energy and enthusiasm, and a clear wish to share her love of expedition kayaking with us. The quality and freshness of the food was a very welcome surprise, too. My pictures are just those taken on dry land, so I hope someone else posts pictures from on the water, and does justice to the views that accompanied us throughout the week.
