Update from 9 months later - the boiler had to be changed as this is the second winter without heating/hot waterHorrible customer service, our boiler is broken for more than a month and nothing gets sorted. It all started with a broken fan error, engineer said he ordered a new one, waited for a week with a completely broken boiler, no heating or hot water, and after a week he's coming back and saying he didn't order the right thing and we have to wait another week in cold. However, it was still not working completely.The boiler was switching itself off every once in a while, when the engineer came to have a look at it, he said it's all sorted and after he left the boiler stopped working at all.

If I could give them 0 star i would. Worst Boiler on market, purchased a Vokera Evolve and had a nightmare from day one. They seem to have a lack of understanding about their own boiler and where unable to fix problems with the boiler themselves!!!!!! Had engineer out many times and even a new boiler, but still kept coming back with same fault. If you are thinking of buying a Vokera don't.Only positive to come out of experience was local Grahams plumbing merchants refunding me the boiler and doing a great deal on a Worcester boiler.Buy rubbish, buy twice!!!!!

I DO NOT recommend this company. My new build flat came with a Vokera boiler. Initially it was fine but then after 4 years the pressure dropped regularly requiring intervention. A boiler that needs regular intervention at only 4 years is a cause for concern.What spurred me onto replace the boiler was the shocking customer service. I booked for a boiler service and it was cancelled on day of the appointment. Understandable I thought but the second appointment was a month later. However when my second appointment was cancelled with no explanation with 36 hours by that point my boiler had stopped working since it hadn't been serviced. I asked for a refund and Vokera kept a £10 admin fee despite cancelling my appointment twice. Buy any other boiler apart from this brand and avoid dealing with this company.

Been installed for only 2 months, first fault A01 with no hot water. Done a reset as advised by customer service. Asked why this happened and told it’s just one of those things. Went into fault a couple more time since so reset again. Now boiler is making an explosive bang to ignite. Rang customer service and spoke to a very unhelpful Michelle. Engineer will not attend because we have not got a fixed ladder in place to the loft. Asked if I could get a refund for my faulty goods I have been sold and told it doesn’t work like that and no refund would be provided even if I pay my boiler engineer to take out and send back. Shocking product and shocking customer service avoid at all costs.

One of the worse combi boilers you can purchase. We installed this boiled 35w in February 2021 and after so much trouble we have decided to throw this Rubish away and install a new boiler.Very unreliable and random cold shower :-(AVOID AVOID AVOID

Can't fault Vokera boilers, expecially the price point. I'm removing 17 year old vokeras from park homes and installing the easi heat range. Retirement folks appreciate the low cost. I bit of a pain to set the co2 highs and lows, but what can you do. Make sure you clean the syphon trap ball on servicing. Technical support has been good for me. No stress, just clear advice on the new model...

DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY TO FIX YOUR BOILER.Before agreeing for an engineer to come round to fix your boiler, make sure that you do all correspondences with them via email before handing over any money to them.I paid Vokera £149 to come out and fix the boiler. Their T&Cs state that there should be enough space for them to work on it. I thought there was plenty of space considering a plumber was able to try and get it to work for 2hrs before suggesting that Vokera fix the faulty part inside.The Vokera engineer was in and out of my house within 1 minute having declared that there was not enough space and that I could get part of my money back. His suggestion was to cut through a structural part of my house or move the boiler. I call Vokera and according to them, they will keep all £149.Had they told me how much space is required for them to do any work, I would not be out of pocket by £149 of money that I do not have to give away for free.

Worst in service , Very bad attitude and bad behaviour of engineer, Just don,t wants to work, Asking for parking permit which we are ready to provide by the our next door neighbours private parking space.I Install this boiler last year in October some point and the issue starred from the next month not giving proper boiling water and boiler its self got off always. I have two years warranty on this but i am thinking to change this as soon as possible. don't wants to recommend anyone at all.
