We've used Tapi twice now and we're very happy with them. Alfie in the store was extremely helpful and friendly. The fitters were great - quick, friendly and tidied up after themselves. If we need any flooring in the future, this is where we will go.

The store is well laid out. The staff helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. We would buy again from this store. The fitters, Chris & Richard, were punctual, polite, professional, fast, cleaned up after themselves and only left once they were sure we were pleased with their work - highly recommend this team. Luxury vinyl flooring was fitted, but there were gaps between the bath and toilet units which gave a less then good quality look, but more importantly, also the longer term problem of water seeping through the edges. Asked them to seal the edges and was previously told that this could be done and someone would call me back. A week later, no phone call. When I called Alfie, the manager"

I popped into the Chatham store to browse for some Vinyl and carpet remnants. I found the store to be very clean and covid concious and the staff were very helpful and attentive without being pushy. Although I didn't buy anything today I would definately go back to this store to get what I need when I'm ready to. Would highly recommend.

Lounge and dining room carpet fitted. From start to finish the service was amazing. The fitters and carpenter could not have been more helpful, absolutely brilliant. Steve the manager went out of his way to sort a problem out. Thank you to the whole team

Estimator really professional, good choice of products and advice, then a quick and efficient service, fitted within 2 weeks. Texted me with progress. Carpet fitter excellent, reliable, cleaned everything away. Friendly and professional service throughout.Would definitely use again.
