Good service, came from germany for travel, got a cold in the First few days. We came to this pharmacy and the employees tried their best to find out what kind of medicin we need. The woman who helped us the most had a thick scotish accent but i understood her explanations. Would go again if needed. (also cheap, don't know if this is common, but we would pay at least 20% more if it were a german pharmacy)

Fantastic pharmacy in Edinburgh! Wonderful and helpful staff, especially the pharmacist. She did everything she could to help me which I was really thankful for. The pharmacy does a great job of helping people who need help!

Had a tremendous experience with the pharmacy during the 2023 Fringe. On holiday and about to head to the Highlands, a stubbed toe made it hard to walk. The pharmacist could not have been more helpful! Not only was her advice solid, but also it was empathetic. If you don't know this pharmacy/pharmacist go visit when you are in need of solid help

Friendly and welcoming staff, very approachable and laid back. I used the travel clinic services and the pharmacist had the latest guidance and every vaccine was in stock and available on the day, even for the most tropical diseases, Very rare with the travel clinics in Edinburgh as most are booked out and only offer appointments months in advance.10/10 would recommend.

This pharmacy has to be the top pharmacy in Edinburgh.The pharmacist and staff are amazing, so polite and extremely helpful, nothing ever seems to be a problem.Very hard to find nowadays.Even the doctors surgery have all good things to say about this pharmacy.Thanks for your kindness and well mannered approach.Highly recommend anyone to use this pharmacy

Great place to go for a flu jab if like me you need to pay for it. I go every year and they have always been able to do it on the spot and are very friendly and helpful.

The staff were absolutely fantastic in resolving a minor issue I had with picking up my prescription! Super knowledgeable and friendly :) Also, they’ve started offering COVID booster shots!
