So sad to hear of the devastation that Waterdance are inflicting on residents, wildlife and countryside in Tredavoe when there are plenty of industrial options locally which could of been utilised…the smell, noise and traffic chaos that will arise from such a development in that location is devastating to many..sad times when factories like this are not kept in industrial areas where they should be.

This has to be one of the most cynical, greedy and ignorant companies going. They are engaging in illegal and indefensible devastation at Tredavoe, a beautiful area of countryside near Newlyn in West Cornwall. During this climate and environmental emergency, and with the acquiescence of Cornwall's corrupt Council, they have bulldozed the homes of badgers, bats and many other species. For these people, nature is just something to concrete over and profit from. Please join the Save Chygolder Tredavoe Hill Association and get involved with protecting this beautiful area and upholding the law on these greedy vandals. They must not be allowed to destroy what is left of nature.

Waterdance is a company that is destroying a place of natural beauty and wildlife habitat causing the displacement of protected species such as bat's badgers owls and other animals. They have cut down trees and destroyed hedgerows with total disregard to planning laws. This is disgraceful, they are also storing fuel and chemicals in the open air which I believe is against the law.

Waterdance have ruined a beautiful part of Cornwall in a small village called Tredavoe. They have violated their planning regulations, destroyed nature and its habitats. They are driving HGVs in a lane clearly marked as unsuitable for HGVs causing residents to reverse onto a B road into oncoming traffic. They promised a small fishing loft They are building an industrial estate. They promised to only use small transit vans, they are not. They do not do what they say they are going to do and I can only hope Cornwall Council get some guts and hold them to account. Avoid at all costs.

Waterdance is ruining an area of countryside in Trevadoe, Newlyn and violating the planning permission they were granted by Cornwall Council. I am appalled at how much damage that this company has done to our countryside in the middle of a climate change emergency.

Sadly I can’t write you a positive review as I see on a daily basis the destruction you have caused to our beautiful lane to Tredavoe. You have destroyed ancient hedgerows and torn up the habitats of wildlife for what? You did not have permission for any of this. The only thing you had permission for was your shed. You have turned our beautiful lane, the only road In and out of our village, into a dangerous place where older drivers are terrorised by huge lorries which refuse to give way and force them to reverse down a steep hill to the main road. Walkers too are out at risk. All on a lane which is clearly signed as unsuitable for HGVs. You refuse to listen to anyone and carry on defying the planning regulations. How can you be out of step with the need to save our planet and think that what you are doing is of benefit to anyone other than yourselves? There were other places you could have chosen which did not involve destroying a beautiful green place full of mature trees. Shame on you!

Waterdance are destroying the Village where I and my Mother were born, the land around Chygolder Hill was my Grandfather's farming land back in the day I am absolutely devastated to see the area desicrated with the destruction of the trees and HGV lorries up and down the hill. This was an unspoilt area of West Penwith that I loved to come home and walk now it is spoilt As usual Penwith Council are spinless and do nothing!!
