Easy to arrange an appointment, always a good hair cut (Tom), local to home so win win. Not had, or overheard, a bad experience since I started to go there regularly, about three years ago

Took my 2 year old son for a haircut with Tom who is fantastic however the owner was rude to my son from the start. She told him not to use the fire truck seat too loudly as we have other customers. Maybe don’t have a seat that makes too much noise. Then Tom was told to stop the haircut before he was finished as we were making too much noise. Shame Tom works there as he is great but don’t think about taking your child there unless you can keep your toddler from having fun and make him be quiet.Would not recommend taking a child to this salon and would advise the owner to get rid of the fire truck seat and not advertise as a salon that cuts children’s hair! She could also do with smiling once in a while.

Rachel and the team are doing a brilliant job keeping people safe with good controls whilst being very professional hair stylists. I've been a customer for years and now travel from Suffolk to the saloon each month. Well worth the travel!

Small but clean well appointed ladies and gents salon, lovely people, and more to the point, I'm very happy with my new hair-do. Lots of free parking. Restaurant and toilets in the adjacent garden centre.
