Oak Furnitureland

Staff at the showroom were very good, the quality of the furniture is excellent however the delivery staff were not very proffesional , they could not lift the goods ,( 3 peice suite ) out of the vehicle and more or less dropped onto the floor, lucky the furniture is robust, otherwise it could have caused damage. They also damaged the doorway into our living room. Would reccomend new delivery staff. Would have been 5 star if it was not for this.

Visited first time before Christmas 2022. Pleasant staff & good selection of furniture. Salesman Corey McKenzie was outstanding. A true professional whilst addressing all our concerns. Re- visited 2nd January and bought furniture wholly due to above salesman. He even remembered which furniture we preferred. I would highly recommend the store mainly due to Corey McKenzie.

The product quality and choice is good. Prices are high but if you get there on a good offer day, it's a fair price. The lead time for delivery is long so be prepared to wait for your items to be delivered. The service was fine, but you do get jumped on a bit as soon as you walk through the door when left to wander it's OK and they were helpful when asked a few questions

Some very nice furniture on sale with some very good deals. Well worth a visit.

This was our 1st visit to Oak Furnitureland (Cardiff Store) We were greeted with a friendly welcome. As we looked round we were met with a member of staff (Richard) who kindly asked what we were looking for, who then directed us to an upstairs section, where we could find our 6ft bed with mattress to match. We were left to look around for a bit, then Richard came to find us after a short while. We found the staff so helpful and very friendly, Richard in particular, who helped guide us with our purchase. Bed + Mattress = 10% reduction in price, what's not to like. There is, at present, an 8 week wait for delivery but this fitted in perfect with what we wanted. We would highly recommend Oak Furnitureland to others. Thank you. I'll try update this post after delivery.

We had a very good experience at oak furniture land. From start to finish they were excellent. They were helpful, knowledgeable and kept us updated of our new table order and delivery. It is such good quality and matches our furniture purchased from oak furniture land about 10 years ago!

We visited the Cardiff store, the choice and price were all very good. The sales staff were all pleasant and friendly and the quality of the furniture looks very nice. We arranged delivery, I took time off work but it never arrived. No communication, and initially,no apology. I rang customer service to be told that it wasn't being delivered and someone would call me in due course to rearrange! After several phone calls the following day, delivery was rearranged for that afternoon so my sofas arrived one day late. The delivery guys were two lovely young men, very helpful, careful when delivering and polite. A small bump in the road but a successful outcome in the end.

Dreadfully disappointed today. Brought a beautiful Shay sideboard. 10 days to wait its arrival. But it has come and uncovering the packaging, and it is damaged badly. This is the second item I have purchased and exactly the same thing the first time with the other piece!I have to box it all again while I wait for the outcome for them to judge if it is returnable or not.You would not expect this with the prices you pay for quality furniture that each piece arrives damaged? Meanwhile the home is upside down with a huge box in the centre of the lounge awaiting a hopeful exchange.Unfortunately, this puts me off ever buying from this company again - shame when they have beautiful items.

Always good service and quality products here. We seem to be slowly kitting out our new home mainly with their furniture!
