STAY SOMEWHERE ELSEHad booked in at Holly House and was sent to this location down the street as an option. The rest of our family stayed at the Holly House and endured similar physical punishment.The family room" we had was approximately 8'x16' with a bathroom that you could basically sit on the toilet

very poor safety standards. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night not a single staff member came to make sure we were all out safe

very very basic rooms very disapointed dirty room and bathtoom will not be comming here again . pay the extra money and get a good hotel

I guess if you have nowhere else to go, it's better than sleeping rough. Tiny and filthy rooms with dirty bedsheets. Very loud, quite expensive. The staff was amiable though, hence the one star
