Advantage Window Solutions

We've had endless problems with our gutter and they keep returning to put it right but make it worse. . We question the capability of their fitters. The owners are proactive its a shame their fitters are letting them down. Would reccomend but with caution.

The team have replaced all windows and doors in the house, we would certainly recommend this company Chad and his fitters including Martin (from what I remember) both were super professional, windows were fitted at high quality and finish, there was no sneaky sales tactics or overpriced quotes right from the start the process was simple, the prices were very competitive and would most certainly have them out again in our next place.

Had all our windows replaced by this shambolic company. Damaged brick work.... Got cement in drains ... Didn't point any windows. Left gaps round the back door. Wind whistles through windows.They promise to address issues turn up and do the easy fixes then just ignore all your calls and messages and never finish the job to an acceptable standard.STAY CLEAR of TAKE advantage solutions.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I wouldn't give it any stars if I could!I've had windows fitted over a year ago and still having on-going issues. The owner Chad is not interested in customer services, yet more interested in walking away with the money and hiding under the carpet when issues arise. The fitters are fantastic, however the owner proves to be incompetent at his job.On-going false promises, products that need to be replaced aren't. Easy fixes being done by fitters because the owner is not supporting with aftercare, yet finding the cheaper option.STILL DEALING WITH PROBLEMS TO DATE!! Please find a more specialised and better window company, even if it is a bit more expensive.

Had my facia and soffit and guttering replaced by this company a few years ago with their 10 year guarantee.I have got some issues with it and tried to contact them but they will not reply and even discuss it I would avoid this company as there is no after service and they do not honour their guarantee. Please be aware of this company.

Disgusting company, one of their employees working in Cheltenham was harassing members of the public over wearing masks as I walked by - they were reckless with tools and I highly recommended avoiding this company.
