Great thank you. I contacted Rich because I needed a window replaced urgently and he was great. Fast and efficient and I have since used many times and been very happy. I have read some reviews that do not represent the helpful guy I met. I am guessing that it is a local competitor or just an idiot that did not want to take the advice given - and we all know what customers like that are like - don't we!!

Avoid this awful double glazing company. Seems a nice, helpful guy when he’s sorting out your initial order and taking your money but wait until you have a problem, you won’t see him for dust! Sliding doors unusable after a couple of years and does not respond to any contact you make. Does not honour guarantee that is all over the website. Go to a reliable, more honourable man and do not waste your money like we did!
