Severn Trent

Customer service is absolutely shocking. Phone lines are supposedly open but I am totally unable to contact Severn Trent by phone and the robot on the line hangs up on me after suggesting I fill in an online form. I needed urgent help about a water bill and this massive company would prefer to see you indebted to them rather than help

If this company had a brain they'd be dangerous.I Rent a property. A year ago they put in a new water mains. They keep coming for me for the bill.I have called them repeatedly to tell them as a renter I'm not liable and they have to talk to the owner.The owner of the property calls them up and tells them I'll pay but it needs to be in my name first.They just keep say its our policy to charge the bill payer at the address. We don't care if they're liable because we have straw for brains and are so inflexible that if we did the brainy thing the universe would end.
