Stuart Gardiner Acupuncture

I booked in to see Stuart for acupuncture as I was suffering with pain in my elbow. He immediately was able to show me where the pain was originating from. After one session the pain and discomfort went! Stuart is professional, knowledgeable and I highly recommend him.

About 18 years ago I developed RSI on my wrists from working with computers. As I have continued to work in the computer industry, my pains and discomforts have overtime extended to my neck and upper back.I have tried all kind of treatments and techniques from traditional physiotherapy, deep tissue massage to myofascial release. They have all been good therapies but they never quite solved my problems long term.With Stuart however, I have started feeling much more permanent results. It seems to me that the acupuncture allows him to get to layers of the soft tissue than other techniques don't. After a little apprehension from having needles inserted, I have actually learnt to relax into it and to enjoy the muscular release that comes with the needles.I have now had 6 sessions with him and from being a 2/10 (in a lot of pain and discomfort), I now feel I am at 7/10 (freer neck and upper back, not feeling tension and pain all the time). A massive improvement and hence why I am very happy to recommend his services.

Went here 3 years ago, I done something to my neck that I had done before but as a teenager, couldn't move my neck left or right. One session later I was back to normal! No pills etc just a good session here.
